2 BZ 2 WAIT Home and Auto Concierge offers a variety of the services to help you manage your busy lifestyle. If you do not see a service you might need, just ask. We will try to accommodate you.

  • Auto Pick-up service: We take your car in for service, repairs, cleaning etc. and return it to your home or office. Stop bothering friends and family with “I need a ride” to or from the repair shop. No more dragging the little ones to get new tires or missing half a day of work for an inspection.
  • Wait for service: We wait for installers, repairman, deliveries, utilities and more. Stop missing valuable time and pay from work. Relax knowing that 2 BZ 2 WAIT is there to let them in, to lock up when finished, and to make sure workers respect your home and valuables. Know that your school age children come home to someone you can trust. All our employees have passed extensive criminal and child abuse background checks.
  • Pet Care: We care for your beloved pet(s) when you can’t. Let us check in on them during the workday, take them for a walk, and give them a treat.
  • Home Check-in: We make your home look like you are at home. Let us bring in mail/newspapers, turn light on/off, check that your home is secure, plumbing and appliances are working and more. Snowbirds, we can restock your refrigerator and pantry, start cars and ready your home for your return.
  • Errand/Concierge Service: We pick up your dry cleaning and catering orders, mail your packages, drop off prescriptions and more.

Rates & Fees

  • Home check-in and pet care services rates start at $15 per visit.
  • Normal concierge rate is $25 per hour with a one hour minimum. After the first hour, client will be billed in 1/2 hour increments.
  • Hourly rates do not include the cost of any purchases
  • If 2 BZ 2 WAIT cannot gain access to a residence or place of business, the client will be charged for 1.5 hours of service.
  • All same day requests, evening and weekend rates will be billed at the rate $37.50 per hour with a one hour minimum and 1/2 hour increments thereafter.
  • All services include 20 miles of travel. Mileage and time begin when we leave our office in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh, and end when all services are completed.
  • Home check-in and pet care service mileage is determined as a roundtrip travel from our office.
  • Travel over the 20 miles will be billed at $.50 per mile.
  • Services cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice result in a $25 cancellation fee.
  • If 2 BZ 2 WAIT is never notified of a cancellation, the client is billed in full for the original requested service.
  • Returned checks will be accessed a $40 fee.
