How We Work

  • Normal business hour are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 6 pm. Evening and weekend services may be scheduled for an additional fee.
  • 2 BZ 2 WAIT requests a 24 hour notice for all services. Same day requests may be honored for an additional fee, schedule permitting.
  • Contact us via website, phone or email.
  • We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your service request form or message to discuss how we can best assist you.
  • Key Release and all other forms need to be completed before service can begin.
  • Cancellation of services requires a 24 hour notice via phone or email to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Request for services will not be honored if they are illegal and/or unethical.

PAYMENT

  • All fees are to be paid at the time of completion of services.
  • Services purchased on another’s behalf must be paid for in advance.
  • Highly recommended: Clients may fund their own “concierge account.”
  • The following payment methods are currently accepted: cash, checks and Paypal.
  • Please make checks payable to: 2 BZ 2 WAIT LLC. ($40 fee for returned checks)

Confidentiality Agreement

  • 2 BZ 2 WAIT will not sell or exchange our client information to outside sources.
  • 2 BZ 2 WAIT will not give out any information about our clients without their consent.
