Q Why do I need a concierge service?
A If your mind races at night about all the things you did not get to and all the things you need to get done tomorrow, you can use the help of 2 BZ 2 WAIT.

A 2 BZ 2 WAIT Home and Auto Concierge is here to put time on your side. We assist you with the everyday and surprise tasks that divert your time and attention from what is important to you.
Q How do I get started with your service?
A Just contact us for your free 2 BZ Concierge Analysis. At that time we will determine how we can best assist you.
Q How do you charge for your services?
A Rate for home-check in and pet services start at $15 per visit. Auto, wait-for, and other concierge services are $25 per hour with a one hour minimum. This does not include costs of any purchases. See service and fees tab for more details.
Q What forms of payment do you accept?
A We accept cash, personal or travelers checks and Paypal.
Q What if a service I require is not listed?
A Just ask! We will make every attempt to assist you with any legal and ethical request. At this time we are not permitted to transport people or pets.
Q Are you insured or bonded?
A Yes we are fully insured and bonded. All our employees have passed extensive criminal and child abuse background checks.
Q What are your hours of operation?
A We operate Monday – Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Evening and weekend requests may be accommodated for an additional fee.
